Horizontal mixer

Gofine horizontal mixer is mainly used in organic fertilizer production lines. It adopts a new double-rotor structure. Under the action of two rotors in opposite directions, the material forms a full-scale continuous circulation in the machine trough, achieving the effect of high mixing uniformity and less residue.

When the horizontal mixer is working and mixing, the materials in the machine are acted upon by two rotors in opposite directions, and perform compound motion. The paddles drive the materials to rotate counterclockwise along the inner wall of the machine tank, and to flip the materials left and right. The two rotors are in a friction-impacted area, where the materials float up in an instantaneous weightless state regardless of their shape, size, and density. This is a continuous circular motion in all aspects in the machine tank, with interlaced shearing, thus achieving a rapid, gentle, and uniform mixing effect.

The horizontal mixer adopts a new rotor structure, which can crush, decompose and mix the materials well, reduce the amount of residual materials in the machine tank, improve work efficiency, and has a reasonable structure, easy operation and low maintenance cost.
