The straw crusher consists of a feed hopper, upper and lower bodies, rotors, screens, fans, and feed pipes. After the material enters the crushing chamber from the feed hopper, it is hit and crushed by the high-speed rotating hammers. Driven by the airflow, the crushed material is continuously hit, collided, and rubbed along the outer edge of the rotor by the hammers, tooth plates, and screens and is quickly crushed. The crushed powder particles are quickly transported to the storage bin or storage bag through the sieve holes due to the centrifugal pressure of the rotor and the suction force of the fan.
