In the production of manure organic fertilizer, the crushing effect of raw materials directly affects the subsequent fermentation efficiency and the quality of finished products. This crusher adopts a double-axis shearing crushing structure, which is optimized for different manure characteristics. When processing fresh cow manure, the agglomerated manure can be crushed to 10-20mm by adjusting the blade spacing; in the face of sheep manure and chicken manure with more fiber, the special toothed blade can cut off the coarse fiber, and the particle size uniformity of the crushed material reaches more than 95%. At the same time, it is compatible with the crushing of auxiliary materials such as straw and sawdust, and the auxiliary materials can be refined to 5-10mm to meet the particle size requirements for mixing with manure, and provide a uniform substrate for adjusting the carbon-nitrogen ratio. ​

The crushing efficiency is adapted to the needs of large-scale production. The equipment is equipped with a 15-37kW high-power motor and can process 5-15 tons of raw materials per hour, which is 40% more efficient than traditional single-shaft crushers. The feed port adopts a wide design (1.2-2 meters), and with the automatic feeding device, it can continuously receive the feces transported from the front end to avoid blocking problems. The inner wall of the crushing chamber is paved with a wear-resistant lining, and the blade is made of high-chromium alloy. After heat treatment, the hardness reaches HRC60 or above. It can also maintain long-term wear resistance in the face of sand and stone impurities in the feces, and the service life is more than 8,000 hours. ​
Intelligent and environmentally friendly design improves the operating experience. The PLC control system can be linked with the production line to automatically adjust the crushing particle size according to the subsequent fermentation needs; the overload protection device automatically shuts down when encountering hard objects to avoid equipment damage. The fully enclosed crushing chamber is equipped with a negative pressure dust removal system, and the dust emission concentration is ≤10mg/m³. The odor generated during the crushing process is exported to the deodorization device through a pipeline to improve the working environment and meet EU environmental protection standards.​
After an organic fertilizer plant in Gansu introduced it, the sheep manure crushing time was shortened from 2 hours to 40 minutes, and the subsequent fermentation and decomposition cycle was reduced by 2 days; after a farm in Shandong used it, the mixing uniformity of cow manure and straw increased by 30%, and the organic fertilizer produced had fine particles, and farmers reported that the soil improvement effect after application was significant. ​
