The feed port is equipped with an automatic adjustment device, which can automatically adjust the feed speed according to the raw material humidity (≤3%) to avoid blockage; the grading screen at the discharge port can be flexibly replaced to support different fineness requirements of 20-120 mesh, meet the pretreatment requirements of different compound fertilizer products (such as powdered fertilizer, granular fertilizer), and adapt to the continuous production rhythm of the production line.
Durable and adaptable to complex raw materials. The blade adopts bimetallic composite material, which improves wear resistance by 80% and has a service life of more than 10,000 hours; the inner wall of the crushing chamber is paved with wear-resistant lining to withstand the long-term impact of hard raw materials. Whether it is phosphate rock powder with high hardness or corrosive ammonium chloride, the equipment can handle it stably, reduce component loss caused by raw material characteristics, and reduce maintenance frequency.
Intelligent and convenient, reducing operating costs. Equipped with a PLC control system, it can be linked with the central system of the production line to achieve remote start and stop and parameter adjustment.
